Popularity of Mobile Phones
With the coming of a lot of innovations in smartphones as a
result of stiff competition by the different cellphone brands, almost everyone
you meet has a mobile phone unit. You can take a moment and see it for
yourself. You can stand along a busy street or sit in a park somewhere and
observe. You will notice that whatever people are doing and whatever looks or
status they may be in, most of them have a cellphone and in your one hour of
observation, they have used their gadgets either in calling, texting, taking
pictures, surfing the net, or playing games.
Mobile apps are and have been increasing in number and uses.
You can now do a lot of things through your phone that you have not ever
imagined possible. Can you still remember the first commercial advertisement
about a mute lady using a hand phone and even smiling at it as she read the
text messages? It appeared funny at first but just look how far it has become.
The future may even be more surprising as there can even be a tendency that
cell phones will replace the personally computers and laptops due to their size
and for more convenience and mobility.
